Good morning, everyone!

Hope you’re enjoying summer in your part of the world. Here in Alabama its scorching hot with a fore-casted high of 92 degrees and a heat index of 102 degrees. Our worst days are in late July and August, so I can’t help but wonder if its like this now, what will it feel like then? But I didn’t come here to talk about the weather.

September 6, 2010 marks the release of To Take Up the Sword: Elemental Magic Book 2. Already available for pre-order through Lyrical Press, Inc. and Amazon.com. To find out more about the book, go to http://www.lyricalpress.com/brynna_curry

In preparation for the release, I’m being interviewed by Lexi Flint on her blog at  http://LexiFlint.wordpress.comI’ll also be at The Romance Studio July 29th for a release party/chat event to discuss the series. I’m giving away either a copy of Earth Enchanted: Elemental Magic Book 1 or a ten page critique of an unpublished manuscript. Winner’s choice.

In other news, I’ve recently accepted the position of review editor for Apollo’s Lyre, an award winning e-zine released by Muse It Up Publishing.  What this means is I’ll be accepting book review submissions. So here is your Official Call for Submissions…
